Job summary

NetJets in Columbus, OH is seeking an Aviation Operations Specialist who will analyze airport capabilities, coordinate flight logistics, and support flawless execution from booking to day of flight. Responsibilities include presenting customized options to owners, mitigating risks, and ensuring a seamless, safety‑minded experience.

Qualifications

High School diploma required.
2-4 years of experience in a service or aviation environment preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor delivery to different audiences.

Responsibilities

Explain options to owners to support a best possible flight experience and customize communication to the audience.
Coordinate with internal teams to mitigate risks and ensure on‑time execution of flights.
Support airport research and data management related to airport and aircraft capabilities.
Serve as the central point of contact for booking questions, collaborating with Scheduling and Owner Services.
