Job summary

NetJets Aviation, Inc. in Columbus, OH seeks a Crew Qualification Specialist to ensure daily regulatory compliance and accurate training records for NJA crewmembers.

This role requires FAA CFR 121/135 expertise, robust recordkeeping, and clear communication with crewmembers, training vendors and other departments. Candidates should have 2–4 years of experience, a High School diploma, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Must develop a strong working knowledge of FAR 121 and 135 regulations.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, independent decision making and judgment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, and other electronic tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper documentation of training and compliance for all NJA crewmembers.
• Audit the work of other department personnel to ensure compliance.
• Audit and make the final decision on crewmember duty assignments which must meet FAR 121 or 135 regulations.
• Work independently, carrying a company-issued laptop and communication device for after-hour needs; respond to training events and make duty changes as required.
• Maintain the electronic recordkeeping system to meet FAA CFR 121 and 135 requirements.
• Properly document and publish department processes and procedures.
