Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust seeks a VP, Senior Credit Analyst to underwrite complex commercial loans, with emphasis on cash flow, collateral and financial statement analysis. You will assess risk, prepare clear recommendations, and monitor loan performance.

You will collaborate with lending teams, participate in loan committee discussions, and provide coaching to junior colleagues while maintaining a client-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial credit with complex transactions.
• Experience in asset-based lending with underwriting and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite commercial loan transactions including CRE, C&I, leveraged finance, and tax credits.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external customers.
• Support lending officers in structuring and analyzing transactions.
• Participate in weekly loan committee meetings as Credit Department representative.
• Mentor junior credit associates and coach the Credit Manager.
