Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a VP, Senior Credit Analyst to underwrite complex commercial loan transactions, focusing on cash flow, collateral, and debt service analyses. You will support lending officers and participate in loan committee discussions to drive sound credit decisions.

The role requires a long track record in commercial credit, asset-based lending, and strong communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams, with opportunities for leadership and career

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
A minimum of 10 years' experience in commercial credit involving complex transactions
Experience in asset based lending required both in underwriting and monitoring

Responsibilities

Underwrite commercial loan transactions, including CRE, C&I, leveraged finance, and tax credits
Clearly communicate with internal and external customers
Maintain up to date knowledge of financial industry, economy, market conditions, and competition
Provide support to lending officers in structuring and analyzing potential transactions
Be an active participant in weekly loan committee meetings as a representative of Credit Department
