Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years' experience in commercial credit involving complex transactions.
• Experience in asset-based lending required both in underwriting and monitoring.

Responsabilidades

• Underwrite commercial loan transactions, including CRE, C&I, leveraged finance, and tax credits.
• Clearly communicate with internal and external customers.
• Provide support to lending officers in structuring and analyzing potential transactions.
• Partner with lending units to maintain oversight of future loan maturities and current pipeline.
• Be an active participant in weekly loan committee meetings as a representative of the Credit Department.
• Assist the Credit Manager in coaching and mentoring to junior credit associates.
