Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a VP, Senior Credit Analyst to underwrite complex commercial loan transactions and provide thorough financial analysis. You will concentrate on cash flow, collateral value, and covenant compliance while collaborating with loan teams and managing client relationships.

You will participate in weekly loan committee meetings, support senior management, and coach junior staff to maintain high credit quality and customer service levels across the bank.

Qualifications

• Underwrite commercial loan transactions with CRE, C&I, leveraged finance, and tax credits.
• Analyze financial statements focusing on cash flow, debt service, projections and trends.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial markets, economy, and competition.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external customers.
• Assist in mentoring junior credit associates and support relationship managers.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite commercial loan transactions including CRE, C&I, leveraged finance, and tax credits.
• Provide analysis and support to lending officers in structuring transactions.
• Participate in weekly loan committee meetings as Credit Department representative.
• Coach and mentor junior credit staff and maintain customer service focus.
