Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in commercial credit with complex transactions.
• Experience in asset-based lending required, both underwriting and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite commercial loan transactions, including CRE, C&I, leveraged finance, and tax credits.
• Clearly communicate with internal and external customers.
• Provide support to lending officers in structuring and analyzing potential transactions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial industry, economy, market conditions, and competition.
• Participate in weekly loan committee meetings as a representative of the Credit Department.
