Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a VP, Senior Credit Analyst in Arizona. The role underwrites complex commercial loan transactions secured by real estate, inventory, and receivables, with emphasis on cash flow analysis, collateral evaluation, and risk assessment.

You will analyze Borrowing Base and Covenant items and collaborate with lending teams to ensure timely, accurate credit decisions. The position requires a track record in asset-based lending, strong analytical and communication

Qualifications

• Underwrite commercial loan transactions with emphasis on CRE, C&I, leveraged finance, and tax credits.
• Review financial information periodically and analyze borrowing base certificates, AR and inventory.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication; maintain up-to-date market knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite commercial loan transactions, including CRE, C&I, leveraged finance, and tax credits.
• Clearly communicate with internal and external customers to ensure alignment on credit decisions.
• Collaborate with lending units to manage future maturities and current pipeline; maintain customer service standards.
• Perform follow-up analyses on financial statements and borrowing base history.
• Stay informed about financial industry, economy, market conditions and competition.
• Ensure reporting reflects covenant compliance and credit follow-ups in systems.
• Support lending officers in structuring and analyzing potential transactions.
• Participate in weekly loan committee meetings as Credit Department representative.
• Mentor junior credit associates and provide coaching as needed.
• Join Relationship Managers on client visits when appropriate.
