Enterprise Bank & Trust in Gilbert, AZ seeks a VP, Senior Credit Analyst to lead underwriting of complex commercial loans and provide strong cash flow and collateral analysis. You will partner with lending teams to evaluate risk and guide credit decisions.

Responsibilities include presenting to loan committees, mentoring junior staff, and staying current on market conditions to protect asset quality while supporting client relationships and growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in commercial credit with complex transactions.
• Experience in asset-based lending required for underwriting and monitoring.

Responsabilidades

• Underwrite commercial loan transactions, which includes CRE, C&I, leveraged finance, and tax credits.
• Clearly communicate with internal and external customers.
• Work with others to produce needed outcomes and meet deadlines.
• Provide support to lending officers in structuring and analyzing potential transactions.
• Be an active participant in weekly loan committee meetings as a representative of the Credit Department.
• Assist the Credit Manager in providing coaching and mentoring to junior credit associates.
