• Ensure covenant compliance certificates and borrowing base items are tracked.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite commercial loan transactions including CRE, C&I, leveraged finance, and tax credits.
• Communicate with internal and external customers to drive a smooth closing process.
• Collaborate with lending teams to structure and analyze potential transactions.
• Perform follow-up analysis on financial statements and borrowing base history.
• Maintain knowledge of market conditions, economy and competition.
• Participate in weekly loan committee meetings representing Credit Department.
• Support coaching and mentoring of junior credit associates.
