Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust in Arizona seeks a VP, Senior Credit Analyst to underwrite complex commercial loan transactions secured by real estate, accounts receivable, inventory or fixed assets, and unsecured deals as needed.

You will perform cash flow analysis, collateral evaluation and risk assessment, participate in loan committee meetings, mentor junior staff and collaborate with lending units to manage the pipeline and ensure timely decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years' experience in commercial credit involving complex transactions.
• Experience in asset based lending required both in underwriting and monitoring.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite commercial loan transactions, including CRE, C&I, leveraged finance.
• Clearly communicate with internal and external customers.
• Support lending officers in structuring and analyzing deals.
• Review financial statements and borrowing base history.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of financial industry, economy, market conditions, and competition.
• Ensure credit related follow-up items are reflected on the follow-up systems.
• Provide support to lending officers in structuring and analyzing potential transactions.
• Partner with lending units to manage future loan maturities and current pipeline.
