Enterprise Bank & Trust seeks a VP, Senior Credit Analyst to underwrite complex commercial loans secured by real estate, receivables, inventory, or assets, and unsecured loans. The role emphasizes cash flow analysis, collateral evaluation, and thorough credit review to support solid lending decisions.

You will collaborate with lending teams, monitor borrowing bases, and participate in loan committee discussions, while mentoring junior staff and maintaining up-to-date industry knowledge.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
• 10+ years of commercial credit experience with complex transactions preferred
• Experience in asset-based lending required in underwriting and monitoring
• Strong analytical and financial statement analysis skills
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
• Ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously

Responsabilidades

• Underwrite commercial loan transactions including CRE, C&I, leveraged finance, and tax credits
• Communicate clearly with internal and external customers
• Support lending officers in structuring and analyzing transactions
• Monitor and analyze financial statements and borrowing base history
• Participate in weekly loan committee meetings as a Credit Department representative
• Provide coaching to junior credit associates
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and competition
