Enterprise Bank & Trust in Arizona is seeking a VP, Senior Credit Analyst to lead underwriting of complex commercial loan transactions, including CRE, ABL, and leveraged finance. You will analyze cash flow, collateral, and borrower risk to support solid lending decisions.

This role requires 10 years of commercial credit experience, a Bachelor's degree in finance or related field, and strong communication with lenders and clients.

• Underwrite commercial loan transactions with a focus on cash flow, collateral and risk.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills in credit decisions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions and financial trends.

Responsabilités

• Underwrite commercial loan transactions, including CRE, C&I, leveraged finance, and tax credits
• Clearly communicate with internal and external customers
• Work with others to produce needed outcomes and meet deadlines
• Complete follow-up analysis on financial statements and borrowing base history
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial industry, economy, market conditions, and competition
• Ensure credit-related follow-up items are reflected on the follow-up systems
• Provide support to lending officers in structuring and analyzing potential transactions
• Partner with lending units to maintain oversight of future loan maturities and current pipeline
