Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust in Arizona seeks a VP, Senior Credit Analyst to underwrite commercial loan transactions including CRE, C&I, leveraged finance, and asset-based lending. You will perform cash flow analysis, collateral evaluation, and overall risk assessment to support solid lending decisions and maintain quality loan portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years' experience in commercial credit involving complex transactions.
• Experience in asset-based lending required both in underwriting and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite commercial loan transactions, including CRE, C&I, leveraged finance, and tax credits.
• Clearly communicate with internal and external customers.
• Work with others to produce needed outcomes and meet deadlines.
• Complete follow-up analysis on financial statements and borrowing base history.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of financial industry, economy, market conditions, and competition.
• Provide support to lending officers in structuring and analyzing potential transactions.
