Qualifications

• Underwrite complex commercial loans with cash flow, collateral, and risk assessment.

• Communicate clearly with clients and team members; present to loan committees.
• Demonstrate strong decision-making and attention to detail in credit analysis.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite CRE, C&I, leveraged finance, and tax-credit loans.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to junior credit associates.
• Participate in weekly loan committee meetings as Credit Department rep.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial markets and competition.
• Support lending officers in structuring and analyzing transactions.
• Monitor future loan maturities and maintain client relationships.
• Assist with Covenant compliance and Borrowing Base certificates.
