Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust in Chandler seeks a VP, Senior Credit Analyst to underwrite commercial loan transactions including CRE, C&I, leveraged finance, and tax credits, with a focus on cash flow, collateral evaluation and comprehensive financial reviews.

You will analyze borrowing bases, maintain industry awareness, and provide solid recommendations while supporting lending officers and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in commercial credit involving complex transactions
• Experience in asset based lending required both in underwriting and monitoring

Responsibilities

• Underwrite commercial loan transactions including CRE, C&I, leveraged finance, and tax credits
• Communicate clearly with internal and external customers
• Support lending officers in structuring and analyzing transactions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial industry and market conditions
• Provide coaching to junior credit associates
• Participate in weekly loan committee meetings
