Enterprise Bank & Trust in Tempe, AZ, seeks a VP, Senior Credit Analyst to underwrite commercial loan transactions secured by real estate, accounts receivable, inventory or fixed assets, and unsecured loans across levels of complexity. You will perform cash flow analysis, collateral evaluation and provide solid recommendations, with periodic financial review responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business or related field required.
• Minimum 10 years of commercial credit experience with complex transactions.
• Experience with asset based lending preferred, underwriting and monitoring.
• Strong analytical, cash flow and trend analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong decision-making.

Responsabilités

• Underwrite commercial loan transactions including CRE, C&I, and leveraged finance.
• Perform cash flow analysis, collateral evaluation and risk assessment.
• Communicate clearly with internal/external customers and stakeholders.
• Support lending officers in structuring and analyzing transactions.
• Participate in weekly loan committee meetings and monitor maturities.
• Coach junior credit associates and maintain client-focused service.
