Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in asset based lending required both in underwriting and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite commercial loan transactions, which includes CRE, C&I, leveraged finance, and tax credits.
• Clearly communicate with internal and external customers.
• Provide support to lending officers in structuring and analyzing potential transactions.
• Partner with lending units to maintain oversight of future loan maturities and current pipeline to ensure deadlines are met and maintain a high level of customer service.
• Be an active participant in weekly loan committee meetings as a representative of the Credit Department.
