Publicis Groupe in the United States seeks a senior Manager to own creator strategy, quality, and thought leadership across a dedicated creator pod. You will pilot data-driven talent recommendations aligned to client goals, collaborating with Sales, Client Management, and Campaign teams.

You’ll translate briefs into insight-driven strategies, lead premium talent sourcing, and drive pre-sale and post-sale excellence across campaigns.

• Deep understanding of creator economy platforms, trends, talent landscape and cultural signals.
• Ability to translate briefs into differentiated creator strategies with clear rationale.
• High standard for talent quality, brand alignment and cultural relevance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and quality-check creator strategy outputs within the pod to ensure client-ready delivery.
• Guide talent selection across the funnel using platform data, agency input and trends.
• Elevate pre-sale creator strategy in RFPs and pitches and shape the why-this-creator narrative.
• Oversee post-sale execution to ensure consistency, quality, speed and performance.
• Identify proactive opportunities and establish the team as a trusted creator-economy authority.
• Run weekly pod meetings to align strategy, workload, and talent ideation.
