Job summary

Publicis Media is seeking a seasoned SVP, Creator Strategy & Partnerships to lead the Creator Strategy & Partnerships team, oversee talent sourcing and client engagements, and drive strategic negotiations with top creators and agencies. You will shape talent strategy, pricing, and opportunities across pre- and post-sale phases to maximize client impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience across creator marketing, talent partnerships, talent representation, influencer marketing, entertainment, media, or related fields.
• Significant experience leading and developing high-performing teams across multiple levels.
• Deep expertise in creator and talent strategy, including identification, sourcing, evaluation, negotiations, and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Influential’s Creator Strategy & Partnerships team of ~13 professionals with clear priorities and performance standards.
• Own the company’s approach to talent sourcing, strategy, recommendations, and partnerships across pre-sale and post-sale engagements.
• Oversee development of proxy lists and talent recommendations aligned with client objectives, audience strategy, and budget.
• Lead high-stakes client pitches and presentations, articulating talent methodology and marketplace expertise.
• Oversee post-sale talent recommendations, developing creator options for clients.
• Collaborate with strategy, sales, account, creative, media, and campaign teams to embed talent strategy throughout the client lifecycle.
• Escalate and negotiate high-profile talent opportunities, advising on pricing, usage, and exclusivity.
• Provide senior commercial leadership on talent pricing and deal structures.
• Build relationships with agencies, managers, and other talent partners.
• Develop proactive talent-led ideas to generate incremental revenue and deepen client relationships.
