Job summary

Publicis Groupe is seeking an experienced Manager, Creator Management for Influential on the east coast to lead campaign management for Fortune 500 clients. You will build creator strategies, manage relationships with influencers, and coordinate with client management and creative teams to deliver top-tier campaigns.

You will mentor teams, guide measurement and reporting, and ensure alignment with brand objectives across social platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital, advertising, or influencer marketing environment.
• Experience managing multiple 6 to 7 figure projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Expert negotiating skills and management of six figure influencer campaign budgets.
• Established and extensive network of managers/agents or influencer contacts.
• Direct experience with on-site influencer activations.
• Knowledge of offline and online space, with strong understanding of brand, media, and consumer.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for the overall success of Influential's social campaigns.
• Build and execute creator strategies specific to campaigns, refine metrics, and introduce new success metrics.
• Support training on planning, audience reporting, research tools, and development of writing/presentation skills.
• Liaise between campaign management and other internal groups to ensure client needs are met.
• Oversee influencer casting, negotiation, contracting, and content management across campaigns.
• Understand the relationship between brand, media, and consumer across online/offline spaces.
• Maintain working knowledge of online performance tracking and brand measurement tools.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills with multitasking and timelines, and keep records up to date.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and proactively share feedback; work independently as well as part of a team.
