Job summary

Influential is seeking a Manager, Creator Strategy & Partnerships to own creator strategy, quality, and thought leadership for a dedicated creator pod. You will guide talent selection with a full-funnel lens, leveraging platform data, agency input, and cultural trends to inform high-impact recommendations.

You will lead pre-sale and post-sale efforts, elevate strategic storytelling, and partner with Sales, Client Management, and Campaign teams to drive impact across campaigns.

• QA creator lists for strategic alignment, cultural relevance, and execution quality.
• Manage workload distribution to maximize efficiency and output quality.
• Ensure client-ready deliverables with high precision and service excellence.
• Be the primary contact for talent agencies and external partners.
