Job summary

Walkupstudio is seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager to lead creator-driven brand marketing initiatives from concept to execution. You will shape the creator strategy for key brands and guide a team of Creator Marketing Managers, overseeing campaigns, sourcing talent, and supporting senior leadership in client relationships.

You will drive end-to-end campaigns across multiple platforms, stay ahead of creator trends, and deliver measurable impact through data-informed insights and performance

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in brand marketing, influencer/creator strategy, or related fields.
• Proven experience managing teams and leading multi-platform creator/influencer campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and the creator landscape.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both client-facing and internal.
• A collaborative leader with strong project management abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead Creator Strategy: Develop and execute creator marketing strategies that align with brand goals.
• Team Management: Direct and mentor Partnerships Coordinator, ensuring effective campaign development and growth.
• Campaign Oversight: Own end-to-end process for creator campaigns—from briefing to launch.
• Talent Sourcing & Partnerships: Identify, vet, and engage with creators and influencers.
• Client Relationship Support: Partner with Head of Brand on client relationships, planning, and reviews.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Creative, Strategy, Media, and Insights teams.
• Trendspotting: Stay on top of creator trends to evolve approach.
• Creator Analytics & Performance Insights: Use data to monitor performance and craft insights.
