Job summary

Fulton Bank is seeking a senior Commercial Banker focused on Commercial Real Estate relationships in the Lancaster/Harrisburg/York area. You will build and manage client relationships, drive loan and deposit opportunities, and collaborate with partners to grow portfolio revenue.

The role requires extensive CRE lending experience in the local market and a track record of delivering profitable, compliant outcomes within risk tolerance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; business, finance, accounting or similar.
• 9+ years in commercial credit, commercial banking, consumer, or small business.
• 4+ years of managing a large, complex client portfolio.
• Commercial real estate lending experience in the local market.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source and develop prospective commercial lending clients and opportunities.
• Negotiate terms, manage underwriting and execute closing of loans.
• Maintain close relationships and provide annual reviews to address client needs.
• Promote solutions to maximize portfolio profitability while managing risk.
• Lead community involvement and expand networks with centers of influence.
• Ensure ongoing credit monitoring, risk rating accuracy and compliance.
