Fulton Bank seeks a senior CRE leader to head the Commercial Real Estate platform, driving growth, profitability, and client experience across Corporate CRE and Community CRE. This full-time, hybrid role is based at a Fulton Bank location within the footprint and requires travel to the headquarters in Lancaster, PA as needed.

The candidate will establish a unified CRE strategy, lead leaders, manage risk and credit quality, and work with Credit, Treasury Management, Capital Markets, Wealth

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, accounting, real estate, or related field required.
• Master's Degree preferred in related field.
• 15+ years of CRE banking leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement CRE banking strategy aligned with Fulton objectives.
• Lead Commercial Banking Executives across Corporate CRE and Community CRE.
• Oversee portfolio quality, risk management, and governance across the CRE platform.
• Stay informed on CRE market trends and opportunities to advise leadership.
• Collaborate with Credit, Treasury Management, Capital Markets, Wealth Management and Risk.
