Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial credit and CRE relationship management.
• 5+ years managing a large, complex CRE portfolio.
• Strong knowledge of credit structuring, risk management, and multi-product solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify, originate, and manage relationships with large corporate clients requiring complex credit structures and treasury solutions.
• Lead structuring, negotiation, and execution of complex credit facilities and syndicated loans.
• Integrate multi-product solutions (credit, treasury, capital markets) into client strategies.
• Maintain primary relationship ownership and provide forward-looking advisory on capital allocation and liquidity.
