Job summary

Fulton Bank is seeking a Senior Corporate Commercial Real Estate Relationship Manager to lead client origination, structuring and ongoing advisory for large corporate clients across the Greater Philadelphia region. You will manage senior client relationships, deliver sophisticated credit and treasury solutions, and drive profitability within a multi-product framework.

The role emphasizes executive collaboration, risk management, and cross-functional teamwork with product partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Commercial Credit, Commercial banking, and CRE Relationship Management experience
• 5+ years managing a large, complex CRE portfolio of clients
• Advanced knowledge of industries, financial markets and macroeconomic trends impacting large corporate clients
• Proven success originating and growing relationships with sophisticated corporate clients including cross-sell of complex credit and treasury solutions
• Strong negotiation, leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Identify, originate, and develop relationships with large corporate clients needing complex credit structures
• Lead credit structuring, negotiation and execution of facilities including syndicated loans
• Manage a large portfolio with loan commitments, deposits, and cross-sell treasury solutions
• Provide advisory on capital allocation, liquidity optimization and risk management
• Ensure CRM data integrity and compliance with regulations and policies
