Fulton Bank, N.A. is seeking a Senior Corporate Commercial Real Estate Relationship Manager to lead relationships with large, sophisticated corporate clients across the Greater Philadelphia, Lehigh Valley, and Northern New Jersey markets.

The role combines credit structuring, treasury solutions, and capital markets advisory in a hybrid work setting. You will drive portfolio growth, manage risk-adjusted returns, and partner with product specialists to expand wallet share while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• 10+ years Commercial Credit, Commercial banking, and Commercial Real Estate Relationship Management experience.
• 5+ years managing a large complex Commercial Real Estate portfolio of clients.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business management, finance or similar; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Originates and manages relationships with large corporate clients requiring complex credit structures.
• Lead structuring and execution of complex credit facilities, including syndicated loans and acquisition financing.
• Integrate multi-product solutions (credit, treasury management, capital markets) into client strategies.
• Manage portfolio profitability through disciplined pricing and cross-sell of treasury management and other services.
• Mentor junior bankers and represent the bank at industry events and client forums.
