Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; specialty in business management, finance, accounting or similar.
• 9+ years in Commercial Credit, Commercial banking, Consumer, or Small Business (Required)
• 4+ years managing a large, complex portfolio (Required)
• Commercial Real Estate lending experience in the local market (Required)
• Knowledge of diverse business types, industries, markets and financial concepts (Required)
• Proven ability to establish and grow client relationships (Required)
• Strong credit and risk principles knowledge; regulatory awareness (Required)
• Excellent negotiation, communication and organizational skills (Required)
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead cross-functional teams (Required)

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop prospective customers with lending, deposit and other financial service needs.
• Source opportunities, negotiate terms, navigate underwriting, document loans and close deals.
• Maintain close relationships with clients and review their ongoing needs and goals.
• Provide financial analysis to support client credits and risk assessments.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Fulton Partners and Retail Relationship Managers.
• Keep sales platform updated and leverage new tools for efficiency.
• Ensure timely loan documentation and compliance with regulations.
