Job summary

PNC's Real Estate Loan team seeks a Sr Loan Support Analyst to review commercial loan documents and support complex transactions. You will verify notes, loan agreements, resolutions, and amendments, while handling advances, payments, and repricing tasks. Remote work may be possible in select locations with approval.

Role requires thorough document review, risk awareness, and collaboration with clients and internal teams. Base salary varies by location and experience, with an incentive component.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates must demonstrate knowledge, skills and abilities for a Lending role.
• Education and experience in financial services preferred.
• Ability to navigate complex loan documentation and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Close or administer high complexity syndicated and/or commercial loan transactions.
• Review due diligence documentation and reporting for complex deal structures and regulatory compliance.
• Advise customers, investors, and deal teams to execute transactions.
• Review documents and collateral; verify processes and determine disbursements or escalation needs.
• Review reports for exceptions; participate in risk mitigation and may provide training.
