Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
• Experience with commercial/ syndicated loan documentation and approvals
• Knowledge of credit processes, due diligence and regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

• Applies specialty product knowledge to close or administer high complexity or high risk syndicated and/or commercial loan transactions.
• Reviews customized commercial, legal, and related due diligence documentation and reporting for complex deals and regulatory compliance.
• Consults with customers, investors, capital markets loan syndications and deal teams to execute transactions.
• Reviews transactions and related documents, including collateral and construction requirements, to ensure completeness, accuracy and conformance to approvals and procedures.
• Monitors risk, identifies exceptions, and participates in risk mitigation activities.
