Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Close or administer high complexity syndicated/commercial loan transactions.
• Review customized commercial, legal, and due diligence documentation to ensure adherence to deal structures and regulatory requirements.
• Consult with customers, investors, and loan syndications to execute transactions.
• Review transactions and related documents, including collateral and construction requirements, and verify disbursements.
• Review reports, monitor risk, and participate in risk mitigation activities.
