The role focuses on reviewing commercial loan documentation, ensuring execution accuracy, and supporting loan administration tasks including advances, payments, and repricing while working within a dynamic team environment. The position may offer remote work in select locations, with in-office participation as needed.

Qualifications

• University or college degree required with <1 year of professional experience; a combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Applies specialty product knowledge to close or administer high complexity or high risk syndicated and/or commercial loan transactions.
• Reviews customized commercial, legal, and related due diligence documentation and reporting to ensure adherence to complex deal structures and/or regulatory compliance requirements.
• Consults and advises customers, investors, capital markets loan syndications and/or commercial real estate deal teams, as well as external and internal partners to execute transactions.
• Reviews transactions and related documents, including collateral and construction requirements; determines whether disbursements can be made or if additional documentation is required.
• Participates in risk mitigation activities and may provide specialty product training.
