Job summary
PNC is seeking a Loan Support Analyst Sr for its Real Estate Loan team. Based in multiple U.S. locations including Pittsburgh and others, the role reviews commercial loan documents and ensures they are executed accurately, including notes, loan agreements, and amendments, while servicing the loan (advances, payments, repricing).
Hours are 8:15am–5:00pm EST, Monday to Friday. The position may be eligible for remote work in select locations, with approval.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher and related development or education.
- Experience with commercial real estate lending and loan documentation.
- Familiarity with fiduciary duties of the bank's agent and due diligence.
Responsibilities
- Close or administer high complexity syndicated and commercial loan transactions with specialized product knowledge.
- Review customized commercial, legal and due diligence documentation for compliance.
- Consult with customers, investors and deal teams to execute transactions.
- Review transactions and related documents, verify completeness and conformance to approvals and determine disbursement readiness.
- Review reports to identify exceptions, monitor quality and participate in risk mitigation.
