PNC is seeking a Loan Support Analyst Sr within the Real Estate Loan organization. Based in select U.S.

locations or remote, you will review commercial loan documents, validate notes, loan agreements, resolutions and amendments, and service loans including advances, payments and repricing. You will collaborate with deal teams, risk, and client partners to ensure accuracy and compliance with credit approvals, and may work in a flexible home-based workspace with occasional in-office participation

Qualifikationen

• University/college degree required.
• Experience with commercial lending and loan documentation preferred.
• Familiarity with credit approvals and due diligence processes.

Aufgaben

• Applies specialty product knowledge to close or administer high complexity syndicated or commercial loan transactions.
• Fulfills fiduciary obligations associated with the Banks Agent role; validates construction due diligence requirements.
• Reviews documents such as Notes, Loan Agreements, Resolutions and Amendments for accuracy and completeness.
• Reviews transactions and related documents to ensure compliance with credit approvals and procedures.
• Monitors loan disbursements, draws, rates and service level agreements; escalates as needed.
