Job summary
PNC is seeking a Loan Support Analyst Sr within its Real Estate Loan organization. Based in Pittsburgh, Dallas, Cincinnati, Brecksville, or Kalamazoo, you will review commercial loan documents for credit approvals, ensure documents are received and executed correctly, and service the loan including advances, payments, and reprice settings.
You will work with high-value corporate clients and cross-functional teams to maintain compliance with loan structures and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience with commercial and syndicated loan documentation.
- Familiar with credit approvals and fiduciary responsibilities.
- Ability to review and interpret complex loan agreements and related documents.
Responsibilities
- Close or administer high complexity syndicated and/or commercial loan transactions.
- Validate construction due diligence requirements and monitor draw progress.
- Interact with high revenue corporate and commercial real estate clients and deal teams.
- Ensure documentation accuracy and adherence to credit approvals and procedures.
- Assist in risk mitigation and provide subject-matter training as needed.
