Job summary

PNC is seeking a Senior Loan Support Analyst in its Real Estate Loan division, with locations in Pittsburgh, Dallas, Cincinnati, Brecksville, or Kalamazoo. You will review commercial loan documents and monitor servicing tasks, including advances, payments, and repricing, while supporting a high-energy team.

Qualifications

• University/college degree required; minimum education: Bachelor's
• Experience with commercial loan documentation and due diligence
• Familiarity with credit approvals and regulatory compliance
• Strong analytical and risk management skills

Responsibilities

• Applies specialty product knowledge to close or administer high complexity or high risk syndicated and/or commercial loan transactions.
• Reviews customized commercial, legal, and related due diligence documentation and reporting.
• Consults and advises customers, investors, capital markets loan syndications and/or commercial real estate deal teams, as well as external and internal business partners to execute transactions.
• Reviews transactions and related documents, including collateral and construction requirements. Verifies work processes for completeness and conformance to approvals and procedures.
• Determines whether loan disbursements can be made, or if additional documentation or escalations is required
• Reviews reports to identify exceptions, monitor quality and ensure compliance.
