Job summary

PNC is seeking a Loan Support Analyst Sr for its Real Estate Loan team. Based in multiple locations including Pittsburgh, Dallas, Cincinnati, Brecksville and Kalamazoo, you will review commercial loan documents and ensure execution and compliance, handling advances, payments and repricing as needed.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and customer-focused service in a fast-paced environment. Remote work may be approved in select locations, with in-office participation as needed.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates must demonstrate knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role.
• Roles at this level typically require a university/college degree with < 1 year of professional experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable mix of education, certifications and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Applies specialty product knowledge to close or administer high complexity or high risk syndicated and/or commercial loan transactions.
• Reviews customized commercial, legal, and related due diligence documentation and reporting.
• Consults and advises customers, investors, capital markets loan syndications and deal teams to execute transactions.
• Reviews transactions and related documents, verifies work processes for completeness and conformance to approvals and procedures.
• Monitors compliance, identifies exceptions, and supports risk mitigation activities.
