Job summary

LoopNet is seeking a results‑oriented Sales Executive to drive advertising revenue with CRE clients and brokerages. You will prospect, develop, and close new business while leveraging LoopNet’s data tools to showcase properties online and optimize campaigns.

You will build long‑lasting client relationships, present strategic marketing plans, and travel as needed to meet clients and close deals in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle B2B sales in CRE, digital advertising, or related fields.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with owners and brokers to drive advertising revenue.
• Prospect new clients and close new business using data insights.
• Collaborate with LoopNet/CoStar teams to maximize revenue.
• Develop digital marketing strategies to showcase property portfolios.
• Conduct regular in-person meetings and travel as required.
• Provide market insights and strategic recommendations based on data.
