Job summary

LoopNet, part of CoStar Group, is seeking a Sales Executive in Austin, TX to partner with property owners and brokers. You will craft digital-marketing strategies, advise on ROI, and grow advertising revenue through consultative selling and data-driven insights.

You will collaborate with internal product and marketing teams, receive extensive training, and focus on long-term client relationships with a service-first mindset. On-site presence in Austin is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of B2B sales experience.
• 2+ years of CRE (commercial real estate) experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in customer-centric environments.
• Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving-record check.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: build consultative relationships to drive advertising revenue and be a trusted advisor for clients’ marketing plans.
• Business Development: use LoopNet/CoStar data to prospect new clients and close new business.
• Teamwork: collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar colleagues to drive sales revenue.
• Industry Acumen: develop expertise in digital advertising strategies and CRE market trends within territory.
• Customer Focus: provide regular, value-added communication and solutions to help clients achieve goals.
• Travel may be required for in-person meetings beyond local radius.
