CoStar Group, including LoopNet, is seeking a Sales Executive to partner with top owners and brokers to craft digital marketing strategies that showcase properties online. You will build long-lasting client relationships, advise on frequency and reach, and demonstrate ROI using our analytics tools.

Training is provided across classroom and field environments. You will gain marketing and sales skills while collaborating with product and marketing teams, in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle sales and account management in a B2B environment selling CRE, digital advertising, marketing solutions, AdTech, PropTech, FinTech, data & analytics.

Responsabilités

• Relationship management: build client relationships to drive advertising revenue.
• Business development: prospect new clients to drive sales and close new business.
• Teamwork: collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive revenue.
• Business acumen: develop expertise in digital advertising strategies and CRE trends.
