Job summary

LoopNet, part of CoStar Group, seeks a Sales Executive to join our growing team in Pittsburgh, PA. You will partner with top owners and brokers to craft digital marketing strategies that showcase properties online and drive revenue. Travel and in-person client meetings are required to build lasting relationships.

You will train extensively and gain marketable skills in digital marketing, sales analytics, and client management within a high-growth CRE ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of end-to-end sales and account management in a B2B setting, selling CRE, digital advertising, marketing solutions or data analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is required.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.
• Current and valid driver’s license is required.
• Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record check prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: build client relationships to drive advertising revenue and act as advisor on marketing plans.
• Business Development: prospect new clients using property data to close new business.
• Teamwork: collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive revenue.
• Industry knowledge: develop expertise in digital advertising for CRE and market trends.
• Customer focus: deliver exceptional client support and actionable market insights.
• Conduct regular in-person meetings and travel as needed to cover territory.
