Hoist & Crane Service Group Inc. is seeking a Senior Technician to service and modernize cranes at customer sites. The role involves field repairs, upgrades, and leading field technicians in a safety-first environment.

You will handle on-call rotations, perform inspections, and coordinate with customers and managers to ensure timely, quality service. A strong crane maintenance background and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years crane repair and maintenance experience.
• 3-4 years electrical and/or mechanical experience in lieu of crane repair.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willing to work off the ground at various heights.
• Basic computer skills to work with web-based crane inspection programs.
• Able to communicate well with others and work independently or as a team.
• Knowledge of hand tools and/or possess hand tools.
• Pass pre-employment drug test and background checks.

Responsabilités

• Be on-call and provide after-hours services as required.
• Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and upgrade industrial hoists and cranes at customer sites.
• Train and mentor field technicians.
• Perform OSHA crane inspections and generate inspection reports and repair orders.
• Coordinate with Service Manager and Branch Manager to schedule daily work.
• Consult with customers on repair and safety recommendations.
• Maintain company equipment, vehicles, and assets in safe order.
• Operate tools and vehicles safely; report deficiencies.
• Maintain supplies in the company vehicle.
• Work well in a team and participate in trainings.
• Participate in HCSG 5 Marks program.
• Other duties as assigned.
