Job summary

Elastic is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with CPQ focus to bridge business and IT. You’ll gather requirements, translate them into clear technical specs, and lead stakeholder sessions to validate CPQ capabilities on Salesforce.

This role is based in North America and involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful CPQ implementations. You will document workflows, support UAT, and drive process improvements that increase CPQ efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, CS, or related field with CPQ focus.
• CPQ certification or equivalent experience with Salesforce CPQ.
• 5+ years in business systems analysis with CPQ tooling.
• 2+ years on Salesforce platform and CPQ functionality.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for CPQ processes.
• Translate requirements into technical specs for IT and validate with stakeholders.
• Lead meetings, ensure alignment with business goals, and track feedback.
• Conduct UAT and verify solutions meet documented needs.
