Job summary

Elastic is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to align IT with the Services and Education organizations, optimizing PSA workflows using Salesforce and Certinia PSA. You will translate business needs into clear requirements, design scalable solutions, and drive data-driven roadmaps in a collaborative, distributed environment.

You will lead requirements gathering, testing, and documentation while partnering with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Business Systems Analysis & design on the Salesforce platform.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Certinia PSA.
• Experience partnering with a Services organization to support delivery, enablement, and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject-matter expert on Certinia PSA with strong functional knowledge across core features and integrations.
• Translate complex business needs into clear functional requirements; own requirements gathering, design, documentation, and testing.
• Define enhancements and support ongoing maintenance with Services & Education Strategic Operations teams.
• Maintain a holistic view of business processes, users, and data flows to anticipate impacts of configuration updates.
• Communicate system concepts clearly through written materials, presentations, and training enablement.
• Develop and maintain system documentation including configuration, data mapping, and test cases.
