Job summary

BD in the USA (NJ - Franklin Lakes) seeks a Sr. CPQ Business Analyst to lead elicitation, documentation, and validation of CPQ/quote-to-cash requirements across regions.

You will translate needs into user stories, support agile ceremonies, and coordinate UAT, working as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the BD Technology and Digital Solutions team. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in CPQ/QA, SAFe experience, and familiarity with Oracle/Salesforce/Conga CPQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years as a business analyst supporting CPQ or quote-to-cash systems.
• Agile certified with SAFe experience.
• Experience interfacing with business and technical partners.
• Experience across multiple technology platforms; willing to learn.
• Willingness to travel ~10%.
• Certification in Oracle or Conga/Salesforce CPQ is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into user stories and functional specifications.
• Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT coordination.
• Facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and drive decisions.
• Analyze CPQ data and processes to identify gaps and improvements.
• Capture legacy and offline contract or quoting processes and model them.
• Define desired outcomes and ensure solutions reflect real quote-to-contract needs.
• Liaise between business users and IT delivery teams.
• Develop reports and dashboards to measure Revenue Technology KPIs.
