Job summary

Elastic is hiring a Senior Business Systems Analyst focused on CPQ to bridge business and IT teams. You will gather requirements, translate them into technical specs, and drive CPQ initiatives across the Salesforce platform from North America.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
CPQ certification is preferred.
5+ years of experience as a business systems analyst.
3+ years working with CPQ tools and functionalities.
2+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
Proven ability to gather and document requirements.

Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders to inform development; analyze CPQ workflows for improvements; translate requirements into technical specs for IT teams.
Facilitate communication between business and IT; organize stakeholder meetings to gather CPQ inputs and consolidate feedback for action.
Identify defects, validate solutions with IT teams, and conduct UAT to ensure alignment with business needs.
