Job summary

Komatsu seeks a Senior Business Analyst focused on CRM/Salesforce Sales and Manufacturing Cloud to streamline CPQ and opportunity management from lead to order. You’ll translate business needs into technical specs, design process synergies, and guide downstream teams through development and testing.

You will engage users, manage requirements, and drive adoption of digital sales enablement, CPQ design, and Salesforce reporting across the sales organization in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, solution architecture, or business analysis.
• Deep knowledge of CRM, Salesforce platform, and CPQ processes.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to capture priorities and map CRM/CPQ roadmaps.
• Create process flows and UX mockups to guide development work.
• Develop Salesforce reports/dashboards to enable KPI tracking.
• Lead testing, training, and documentation; drive user adoption.
