Job summary

Socotra, Inc. seeks a Senior Salesforce CPQ and Billing Business Systems Analyst to enhance their Salesforce platform. This role focuses on optimizing business operations through CPQ workflows and driving measurable improvements. Candidates should have over 7 years of experience in similar roles and a deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes.

Responsibilities include defining requirements with various departments, improving automation, and ensuring system scalability. The ideal candidate will also lead user acceptance testing and production enhancements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and Billing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end optimization of Salesforce CPQ & Billing workflows.
• Translate complex pricing models into scalable CPQ architecture.
• Lead UAT with clear acceptance standards.
