Qualifications

• 7+ years of insurance defense litigation experience.
• Advanced oral and written advocacy skills.
• Strong knowledge of local jurisdictional practices and proceedings.

Responsabilités

• Handle a caseload of higher exposure, complex litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery.
• Attend court events, depositions, and other proceedings.
• Mentor less experienced attorneys and staff.
• Develop case strategies with experts and clients.
